Virginia Beach, Va | Bailey Fett Photography Newborn Studio

Sweet baby Tucker! Tucker's mom Kelly reached out to me following his birth wanting Newborn photos. Luckily, I had one spot open to squeeze her and her family into. She was referred by a friend (REFERRALS ARE THE BEST!). She indicated she would like blues and greens and that his nursery theme was jungle. She sent me pictures of the nursery (RECOMMENDED!) and I noticed a lot of elephant related decor. This is why you see the surprise composite at the end of the gallery I created for Mom & Dad to hang in baby Tucker's nursery.

Tucker was such a sweet boy. He slept great through most of his session, opening his eyes only for a moment so we could capture his pretty blues. Unfortunately, big brother Brooks wasn't in the photographing mood but we were able to snap a group family picture. Including siblings is important to family, however, if the siblings are young they won't always want to participate. If they do, many times the images will be composited (put together using multiple images) for safety reasons or Mom/Dad will be supporting baby and their hands/arms will be removed in post processing. You never want to leave a newborn's safety in the hands of a small toddler, together I work with my families to create a beautiful portrait of their children in a safe way.

Mom & Dad loved their gallery so much, they ended up with the entire thing. I can't wait to see Tucker back in my studio on his 1/2 birthday for his milestone sitter session.
